Over 5 billion pounds of waste is created annually due to reverse shipping, and most products that are returned cannot be reused for sanitary reasons. We love our planet, and that's a lot of unnecessary trash!

Returns

We're happy when you're happy! That's why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. We believe you'll love your box, but if for any reason you're unsatisfied, please contact us at hello@theboxco.store within 3 days of receiving your order. If we can't make it right, refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase, less shipping charges when applicable.

How It Works

Contact us at hello@theboxco.store within 3 days of delivery. We'll do everything we can to make it right. If we can't make it right, we'll approve your Return Request. 

Upon approval, the item(s) should be packaged in original packaging if possible and include your name and order number. You may use the carrier of your choice that is traceable, but we strongly recommend using an insured form of delivery as The Box Co is not responsible for lost packages or return shipping costs. Once available, please email us your tracking number to speed up the refund process. While we don’t charge a restocking fee, shipping fees on your original order are not refundable.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Ineligible Returns

It's a quick and easy process, but we're all about clear communication and expectations! Returns will be ineligible if:

  • Return Request received more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Order returned with used, missing, or damaged products. 
  • Package scanned for return more than 7 days after Return Request Approval.
  • Package damaged in return transit due to negligent packing materials. Don't worry, we'll send you simple instructions!

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and will do our best to ship within two business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

The Box Co is not responsible for orders where tracking indicates that the item has been delivered but you have not received it. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the matter. We are not responsible for orders yet to be delivered and still "in transit". If you experience a delay in your order "showing in transit" please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@theboxco.store, and we will happily assist in tracking your order. We are not responsible for USPS, UPS, and First Class orders that are lost or damaged in shipment. We are unable to file a claim on your behalf for any missing/damaged packages. 

International Orders

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and major credit cards. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared. We do not save your credit card information.
